When laying down an underbase, you may have noticed that as the mesh releases its contact with the substrate, it pulls up on the fibers of the garment, resulting in fibrillation. This phenomenon significantly reduces the resolution, detail, and smoothness of your final print when adding colors on top. The solution? Incorporate a Roller Squeegee after the flash to matte down the fibers.
