Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. All packages are fully insured.
Please inspect all shipments within 48 hours of delivery and report any issues promptly. Claims reported after 30 days may be handled at the discretion of Kolormatrix.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for unused products unless otherwise approved by Customer Service.
- Customers must request a return within 30 days of receiving the order
- Returns requested after 30 days are eligible for store credit only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or shipped in error
Restocking Fees
Most returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, though fees may vary depending on item condition and purchase date.
Order Errors
Kolormatrix maintains a shipment accuracy rate above 99%. If an incorrect or missing item is received, we will promptly correct the issue and re-ship the proper product.
