Kolormatrix provides DTF custom transfers, DTF supplies, screen printing supplies, heat transfer products, equipment, training classes, printed manuals, digital downloads, educational resources, and related services for print shops, apparel decorators, businesses, schools, organizations, and individual customers.

Our website is intended to provide product information, education, ordering tools, and customer support resources.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless other arrangements are approved by Kolormatrix in writing.

Kolormatrix may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

Kolormatrix reserves the right to cancel or hold orders if payment fails, payment appears suspicious, billing information is incomplete, or fraud prevention review is needed.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of an order.

Kolormatrix may cancel, hold, or request additional information for an order due to:

  • Custom artwork concerns

  • Production limitations

  • Customer-provided errors

If an order is canceled after payment, Kolormatrix will issue an appropriate refund according to the circumstances and applicable policies.

Customer-Submitted Artwork & Files

Customers may upload or submit artwork, logos, designs, text, images, files, or other content for custom DTF transfers, film output, screen printing services, artwork support, training, or related services.

By submitting artwork or files to Kolormatrix, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the artwork or have permission to use it

  • You have the right to reproduce the artwork

  • The artwork does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights

  • The artwork does not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork, size, spelling, colors, layout, transparency, and final approved design

This includes, but is not limited to, logos, school marks, team names, brand names, copyrighted characters, celebrity images, trademarked designs, photographs, AI-generated artwork, customer-supplied graphics, and third-party content.

Kolormatrix is not responsible for verifying ownership, licensing, trademark clearance, copyright clearance, or legal permission for customer-submitted artwork.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kolormatrix harmless from claims, damages, costs, fees, or legal expenses arising from artwork or content you submit.

Artwork Quality & Production Results

Customer-submitted artwork affects the final product.

Kolormatrix is not responsible for poor results caused by artwork problems, including but not limited to:

  • Low resolution

  • Blurry images

  • Pixelated edges

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Incorrect colors

  • Misspellings

  • Poor transparency

  • Fake transparent checkerboard backgrounds

  • White boxes or unwanted backgrounds

  • Thin lines

  • Tiny text

  • Incomplete files

  • Incorrect file format

  • Customer-approved errors

Kolormatrix may provide artwork guidance, educational resources, or warnings when possible, but customers remain responsible for submitting production-ready artwork unless a separate artwork service has been purchased and approved.

Custom DTF Transfers & Custom Services

Custom DTF transfers, custom printed products, artwork services, film output, photo screens, custom screens, custom Pantone matches, and other custom services are produced based on customer instructions, submitted files, and selected options.

Custom products and services are generally not returnable or refundable unless Kolormatrix determines there was a verified production error.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Artwork

  • Size

  • Quantity

  • Colors

  • Placement

  • Order details

  • Service level

  • Production timing

  • Shipping method

Rush and Hot Rush services refer to production speed only. Shipping time is separate and begins after the order is completed, packed, and transferred to the carrier.

Digital Downloads, Manuals & Training Materials

Kolormatrix may offer free or paid digital downloads, manuals, checklists, PDFs, training materials, videos, guides, and educational resources.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are provided for customer education and internal shop reference only.

You may download and print eligible free resources for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Resell the materials

  • Rebrand the materials

  • Remove Kolormatrix branding

  • Reproduce the materials commercially

  • Use the materials as paid training content

  • Redistribute the materials as your own

  • Upload them to another website for public download

  • Copy or modify them for resale

  • Use them in another training program without written permission

All Kolormatrix training manuals, checklists, PDFs, videos, graphics, class materials, and educational content remain the intellectual property of Kolormatrix unless otherwise stated in writing.

Training Classes

Kolormatrix may offer in-person classes, private training, on-site training, digital training resources, printed manuals, and educational events.

Training content is provided for education and shop reference.

Class availability, dates, topics, instructors, equipment, curriculum, and pricing may change.

Students are responsible for reviewing class details before registering.

Training registrations may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or attendance policies.

Kolormatrix training does not guarantee business results, production outcomes, sales, profitability, or equipment performance.

Equipment, Technical Support & Recommendations

Kolormatrix may provide equipment information, showroom support, product recommendations, training, troubleshooting suggestions, and general technical guidance.

Any recommendation is based on information available at the time and the details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming that equipment, supplies, software, processes, electrical requirements, ventilation, workflow, and production setup are appropriate for their business, location, building, team, and intended use.

Kolormatrix is not responsible for installation issues, building requirements, electrical work, ventilation needs, operator error, misuse, third-party service issues, manufacturer changes, or failure to follow equipment instructions.

Educational Content Disclaimer

Kolormatrix provides educational content to help customers understand DTF printing, screen printing, heat transfer application, artwork preparation, supplies, equipment, troubleshooting, and production workflow.

Educational content is provided for general informational purposes.

Printing results may vary based on:

  • Artwork

  • Equipment

  • Software

  • Supplies

  • Garments

  • Environment

  • Maintenance

  • Operator skill

  • Heat press accuracy

  • Production workflow

Customers should test products, settings, garments, transfers, and processes before full production.
