Our Pre-Coated Screens are coated with a semi-automatic screen coater using Professional grade emulsion for the type of ink you will be printing. To create the best stencil thickness possible to give you the best image when you expose your screen.

Our aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, and welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness.

With mesh counts ranging from 40 TPI to 305 TPI, we can provide your screen needs, no matter what the frame size or application.

All pre-coated screens are shipped in light sealed boxes and wrapping to prevent the screen from being prematurely exposed.
