This rental is designed for local customers who need temporary access to a dependable professional heat press for DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl, apparel projects, event merchandise, school shirts, church orders, team apparel, business merchandise, and short-run production.
This is an equipment-only rental. Staffing, setup labor, garment production, artwork setup, transfer printing, and event operation are not included. The renter is responsible for pickup, transportation, setup, safe operation, and return of the equipment.

GEO Knight Digital Combo 14" x 16" Swing-Away Heat Press
The GEO Knight Digital Combo is a professional multipurpose swing-away heat press with a 14" x 16" platen. The swing-away design moves the heated platen away from the lower table, giving the operator more room to position garments and transfers before pressing.
This press is a good fit for local customers who need a dependable heat press for temporary production, small events, pop-up sales, team orders, and DTF transfer application.

Rental Options
1 Day Rental
Weekend Rental
Daily Rental is pick up and return the next business day at the same time. Friday is excluded from daily rental.
Weekend rental is based on approved Friday pickup and Monday return during Kolormatrix business hours.
Rental extensions must be approved by Kolormatrix before the original return time. Late returns are billed at the full daily rental rate of $150 per day or portion of a day.
Required Replacement Value Deposit / Authorization
Because this is professional equipment, all rentals require a security deposit or credit card authorization equal to the replacement value of the press before the equipment leaves Kolormatrix.

The deposit or authorization may be used to cover loss, theft, damage, missing parts, late return, cleaning, repair, replacement, collection costs, or other charges allowed under the rental agreement.

The renter must provide a safe vehicle and two adults for loading and unloading. Kolormatrix may refuse rental pickup if the renter does not arrive with adequate help, safe transportation, or the ability to secure and transport the press properly.
Rental Details
Heat press rentals are available for local customers by reservation only.
Rental includes the heat press only. The renter is responsible for all garments, transfers, cover sheets, heat-resistant tape, tables, electrical access, transportation, and any additional supplies needed for the job or event.
Rental availability is limited and must be scheduled in advance.
Important Rental Requirements
All rentals require:
Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID
Signed rental agreement
Valid credit card on file
Required replacement value deposit or credit card authorization
Two adults for loading and unloading
Safe vehicle suitable for transporting the press
Pickup and return by the approved renter
Inspection at pickup and return
Agreement to all rental terms before equipment leaves Kolormatrix
The renter is fully responsible for the equipment during the rental period.
Damage, Loss, Theft, or Non-Return
The rental contract will include responsibility for any equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged, misused, altered, or not returned by the agreed return date.
If the equipment is returned damaged or not returned, the renter may be responsible for repair cost, replacement cost, late fees, lost rental income, collection costs, and any other charges allowed under the rental agreement.
The renter may not sub-rent, loan, transfer, or allow another person or company to take possession of the equipment without written approval from Kolormatrix.
Customer Responsibility
Heat presses generate high temperatures and pressure. The renter is responsible for safe operation, proper electrical setup, correct application settings, and preventing injury or damage during use.
Kolormatrix is not responsible for damaged garments, incorrect application settings, transfer failure, scorch marks, press marks, dye migration, adhesive issues, production mistakes, event delays, lost production, injury, property damage, or other losses once the equipment leaves our facility.
Customers using DTF transfers should confirm the correct temperature, time, pressure, and peel instructions before production.
Not Recommended For
This rental may not be the best fit for customers who:
Have never used a heat press before
Need on-site staffing or production labor
Do not have proper electrical access
Need help creating artwork or transfers during the event
Cannot safely transport heavy equipment
Cannot provide two adults for loading and unloading
Cannot provide ID, required deposit or authorization, credit card, and signed rental agreement
Need to press oversized designs larger than the 14" x 16" press area
Pickup & Return
Rental pickup and return must be completed during approved Kolormatrix business hours unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Equipment must be returned clean, complete, and in the same working condition as received.
Late returns are billed at $150 per day or for any portion of a day until the equipment is returned.
Need DTF Transfers Too?
Kolormatrix also offers custom DTF transfer printing, including standard, rush, and hot rush service options. If you are renting a press for an event or apparel project, we recommend ordering your DTF transfers in advance so everything is ready before pickup.
Prefer Not to Transport the Press?
Kolormatrix may also offer studio heat press rental inside our Atlanta training center/classroom. This option is ideal for customers who want access to a professional heat press without transporting equipment off-site.
