Seismo V36R Shaker & Dryer

Built for high-output DTF workflows, the Seismo V36R is a 36-inch, high-power shaker and dryer engineered to handle demanding production environments with consistent, heavy-duty curing. Designed to pair seamlessly with wide-format DTF printers, the V36R delivers reliable powder application, even curing, and efficient material handling at scale.

With intelligent sensor control, an auto-recirculating powder system, and multi-zone heating platens, the Seismo V36R is optimized to reduce waste, minimize setup time, and maintain stable curing quality across continuous production runs.

Built to Move Volume

The Seismo V36R supports up to 36” (90cm) media widths, making it ideal for larger designs and high-capacity workflows. Its auto-recirculating system collects excess powder for easy refilling, helping reduce material waste while keeping production moving efficiently.

Bottom, side, and curved heating platens work together to ensure even, consistent curing across the entire transfer, while an intelligent sensor system maintains curing stability with lower power consumption. An integrated conveyor and suction system further streamlines operation by reducing setup time and operator effort.

Designed for production reliability, the Seismo V36R is backed by lifetime DTF Station technical support and built to perform in demanding shop environments.
