Artwork Requirements
For the best print quality:
✔ Use high-resolution artwork
✔ Transparent PNG files are recommended
✔ 300 DPI recommended at final print size
✔ Remove unwanted backgrounds
✔ Check artwork carefully before submitting
✔ Make sure text, spelling, colors, and sizing are correct
✔ Do not enlarge low-resolution artwork beyond its usable resolution
The Gang Sheet Builder can resize and arrange your artwork, but it cannot repair blurry, pixelated, or low-quality source files.
What you see in the completed gang sheet is what will be submitted for production.
Important Artwork Notice
Please review your finished gang sheet carefully before completing your order.
KolorMAX+ does not automatically correct:
- Resolution
- Spelling
- Artwork quality
- Transparency
- Colors
- Layout choices
- Sizing decisions
Low-resolution or poorly prepared artwork will reproduce those characteristics in the finished transfer.
Once your completed gang sheet enters the production queue, changes, cancellations, and refunds may not be possible.
Low-Temp Application Directions
KolorMAX+ Instant-Peel DTF Transfers
- Set your heat press to 265°F–285°F using medium pressure.
- Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
- Position your DTF transfer.
- Press for 10–15 seconds.
- Peel the film immediately using an instant hot peel.
- Cover the print with a protective sheet.
- Re-press for 5 seconds to set the image.
Always test your garment, heat press, temperature, time, and pressure before beginning a production run.
