All of our Squeegee blades are made in America of the finest polyurethane elastomers available to assure you a percision edge that is durable to help maintain a long-lasting sharp edge.

The special molding process ensures a uniform material, without voids. This minimizes the chance of premature edge pitting. Every squeegee is shipped with our special factory edge.

These edges are the smoothest and sharpest squeegees available to give you maximum printing performance.

All squeegees are guaranteed to be the most solvent-resistant on the market.

Pro Tips

#1 Keep Your squeegee clean and free of ink, when not printing.

Sounds crazy but this will extend the life of your squeegee rubber, keeping it flexible without swelling or hardening. Which leads to premature chipping or rounding of the squeegee edge.

#2 This is not a lifelong commitment

Routinely rotate the blade if you are using the aluminum handle and replace the blade or the complete squeegee. When the edge is no longer sharp and smooth. Average estimate, every couple of years for optimum performance.

Pitted or rough edges on your squeegee will make getting a clean smooth print, even more, difficult as those areas won't be receiving the same pressure as the other areas of the squeegee blade.
