Advantage Metallic inks medium-size flakes, non-corroding and have excellent rub and wash resistance. 
Most colors works better Print Flash Print or with an under-base white on dark garments.
Tip #1: Print thru 24 to 86 mesh
Tip #2: Metallic inks reflect heat, so increase dry time and or temperature is necessary for Full cure.
Tip #3: Super gloss finish, press final image with Stampinator or Heat Press with a silicone sheet.
Rated scale of 1 to 5, 1 being minimal and 5 maximum or best.

Recommended Substrates
Cotton, cotton blends, polyesters, and some nylon (generally open weave or mesh types) as well as other synthetics.
Gel or flash-cure: Approximately 230 Degrees F
Full cure: 320 Degrees F
Fusion tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.

Tension: 15-20 acceptable, 25-35 recommended
Squeegee type: 60 or 70, 60/90/60 or 70/90/70 durometer.
Squeegee blade: Sharp
Squeegee angle: 10 to 20 degrees

The plasticizers identified may include di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), (DIBP) Di-iso-butyl, and (DMP) Dimethylphthalate, including esters of ortho-phthalic acid and are not direct ingredients in the manufacture of Claira High Opacity Non-Phthalate Inks.
