What is the Upload Your Gang Sheet option for?
This option is for customers who already have one complete, print-ready gang sheet arranged at the final size they want printed.
If you still need to resize, duplicate, or arrange individual graphics, use our Create Your Own DTF Gang Sheet option instead.
What file type can I upload?
We accept PNG files only for the Upload Your Gang Sheet service.
Using one standardized file type helps us keep production streamlined and reduces file-conversion issues.
Does my PNG need a transparent background?
Yes. Your PNG should have a transparent background unless you intentionally want a background color or shape printed as part of the design.
What resolution should my gang sheet be?
We recommend 300 DPI at the final print size whenever possible.
Low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated artwork will reproduce those same characteristics in the finished transfer.
Will KOLORMATRIX resize or rearrange my gang sheet?
No.
Your gang sheet should already be completely laid out at the exact size you want printed. We print the file as submitted and do not automatically resize, rearrange, rebuild, or correct the artwork.
What is the difference between Upload and Create Your Own Gang Sheet?
Choose Upload Your Gang Sheet if you already have one complete, print-ready PNG gang sheet.
Choose Create Your Own Gang Sheet if you have individual graphics that still need to be resized, duplicated, or arranged using our online Gang Sheet Builder.
How wide can my gang sheet be?
This product is for 22" wide gang sheets.
Your finished artwork must fit within the 22" width and the length you purchase.
What lengths are available?
Gang sheets are available in multiple lengths, from 1 foot up to 20 feet long.
Choose the length that matches your finished artwork.
Can I put multiple designs on one gang sheet?
Yes.
You can include multiple logos, full-front designs, sleeve prints, neck labels, different sizes, and unrelated artwork on the same gang sheet as long as everything is already arranged inside the purchased dimensions.
Can I upload separate graphics instead of one finished gang sheet?
No.
The Upload product is for one completed gang sheet file.
If you have separate graphics, use our Create Your Own Gang Sheet product and build your sheet online.
What if my file is too large for the size I purchase?
Your artwork must fit within the exact width and length you select.
If the file exceeds the purchased dimensions, it cannot be printed correctly as submitted.
Always verify your final canvas size before placing the order.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
We process artwork as submitted.
Customers are responsible for checking resolution, sizing, spelling, transparency, color, layout, and overall artwork quality before completing the order.
Will you fix low-resolution artwork?
No.
We do not automatically repair, redraw, or improve low-resolution artwork as part of the Upload service.
If your artwork needs editing before production, it should be corrected before uploading.
What happens if I upload the wrong file?
Please review your order and artwork carefully before checkout.
Once an order enters the production queue, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be possible.
What turnaround options are available?
We currently offer three production-speed options:
Standard Service
Typically ships next business day, Monday–Friday.
Rush Service
Order by 10:00 AM for approximately 6–8 hour same-day production, Monday–Friday.
HOT RUSH Service
Order by 1:00 PM for approximately 3 hour same-day production, Monday–Friday.
Production times apply to properly submitted, print-ready orders. Artwork issues, order changes, or unusually high production volume may delay completion.
