KOLORMATRIX has spent decades working with garment decorators.
We sell screen printing and DTF equipment. We work with inks, heat presses, curing equipment, color management, artwork, production workflows, and the hundreds of little details that determine whether a finished print actually works.
So when we began expanding our custom DTF transfer service, we didn't want to simply become another company selling transfers by the foot.
We wanted to build a DTF service around the things professional decorators actually care about:

Hi-Fidelity 9-Color DTF Printing
One of the biggest differences behind KolorMAX+ is our Hi-Fidelity 9-Color printing process.
Traditional digital printing typically relies heavily on Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black.
KolorMAX+ expands that color capability using:
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Red, Green, Orange, Blue, and Opaque White.
That expanded workflow gives us more tools for reproducing vibrant colors, difficult hues, smoother gradients, and detailed artwork.
For apparel brands and professional decorators, that can be particularly important when printing:
brand colors, photographic artwork, gradients, colorful illustrations, neon-style graphics, skin tones, complex designs, and highly saturated artwork.
We don't believe DTF should simply be "good enough."

Our online Gang Sheet Builder lets you upload individual designs, resize them, duplicate artwork, arrange graphics, and use the available sheet space efficiently.
No Photoshop required.
The easiest way to remember it is:

22" Gang Sheets Today — Bigger Production Is Coming
Our KolorMAX+ lineup currently includes 22" gang sheet production, with both Upload and Create Your Own options.
We're also expanding the KolorMAX+ production platform with a 34" wide format designed for shops that need more capacity.
Why go wider?
A 34" gang sheet can make it easier to accommodate oversized graphics, fit more transfers onto one sheet, combine larger production jobs, and reduce the number of individual sheets required.
For growing print shops and higher-volume decorators, that extra width can create meaningful production efficiencies.

Designed for Low-Temperature Application
KolorMAX+ transfers are designed around a 265°F–285°F low-temperature application range.
A typical starting workflow is:
Pre-press the garment for 5 seconds, press the transfer for approximately 10–15 seconds using medium pressure, peel the film, cover the print with a protective sheet, and re-press for approximately 5 seconds.
Always test the specific garment and heat press before beginning a production run.
Lower application temperatures can be especially useful when working with garments that don't respond well to excessive heat.
Instant Peel for a Faster Workflow
KolorMAX+ transfers are designed for an instant-peel workflow when properly applied.
For production shops, small time savings become significant over hundreds of garments.
Press. Peel. Re-press. Move to the next shirt.
Our goal is to make KolorMAX+ work naturally inside a real production environment.
Flexible Production Speeds
Not every order has the same deadline.
KolorMAX+ currently offers three production options.
Standard Service typically ships the next business day, Monday–Friday.
Rush Service orders placed by 10:00 AM are produced in approximately 6–8 hours the same business day.
HOT RUSH Service orders placed by 1:00 PM are produced in approximately 3 hours the same business day.
Production times apply to properly submitted, production-ready orders. Artwork issues, order changes, or unusually high production volume may delay completion.
The important part is that customers can choose the production speed that actually matches the job.
Real Printshop Support
This may be the most important part of KolorMAX+.
We're not only a transfer company.
KOLORMATRIX works with the entire garment-decoration process.
That means our conversations with customers aren't limited to, "Where is my order?"
