Our Take:

If you are struggling with removing emulsion, consider that your on-press cleaners are hardening your emulsion.  PW4 will not only clean quickly without leaving an oily residue behind, it will do so while not attacking your emulsion.  It is also a very capable platen cleaner as it breaks down the glue very quickly.  Simply spray the platen and let it work for about a minute.  After that, you should be able to take a hard squeegee and swipe all of the glue off the platen.
