Step # 1 | SCP623 Degreaser - Spray Both side & Scrub until foaming | EC02770 Ink Degrader - Spray Both Sides & Scrub Briskly |
Step # 2 | Rinse Thoroughly with Water | Pressure Wash with Water |
Step # 3 | Dry Screen in Dust Free Environment | SCP625 Emulsion Remover - Spray Both Sides & Scrub Briskly |
Step # 4 | Coat with CBX Emulsion in Light Safe Environment | Pressure Wash with Water |
Step # 5 | Dry Emulsion Print side down -overnight or in a drying cabinet | SCP623 Degreaser - Spray Both side & Scrub until foaming |
Step # 6 | Apply Film Positive -centered in screen and mirror image | Rinse Thoroughly with Water |
Step # 7 | Expose screen for appropriate time - see emulsion page | Needed - SCP708 - Haze Remover, Brush on Both Sides, let set 3 minutes |
Step # 8 | Rinse with water from the Print side of the Screen to clean stencil | Pressure Wash with Water |
Step # 9 | Dry in a Dust Free Environment | Dry Screen in Dust Free Environment |
Step # 10 | Tape Up edges of Screen to go On Press | Coat with CBX Emulsion in Light Safe Environment & move to Step 5 of New Frame Column |
