ECO1100 Quick Tack is a Eco-Friendly alternative to aerosol spray adhesives that saves you money. Quick Tack is a water-based, pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for adhering textiles to pallets in the screen printing process.

Provides consistent registration without transferring to the garment. A single application may hold hundreds of garments before it is necessary to reapply.

One Gallon of Quick Tack replaces 4 to 5 cases of aerosol can spray adhesive.

Freeze / Thaw Stable Product - Protect from freezing as product is not usable until fully thawed.

DIRECTIONS

Stir 30 seconds before using.  Apply using a card, brush, bottle or air sprayer. Use a thin layer for t-shirts & thicker layer for fleece., towels, etc.  Air dries but use Flash cure to speed up dry time. Turns clears when fully dry. Use damp sponge to remove excess lint & dry to restore tacky surface. Adhesive may transfer to the
garment if it is not allowed to dry on pallet before use. Can be cleaned with hot water mixed with SCP623
Degreaser or ECO2000 Equip Cleaner. Pallet paper speeds clean up. Acetone may be used on stubborn areas.
