ADV Crystallina Metallic Premium Plastisol Ink

Advantage Metallic inks are non-corroding and have excellent rub and wash resistance. 

Crystallina / Yellow Sparkle can be over printed on top of flash ink to add sparkle to any design or tinted with pigment concentrates to achieve subtle shades of custom tinted metallic colors.

Crystalina cures CLEAR with YELLOW Sparkle, the ink has no opacity.

Tip #1: Print thru a coarse mesh.

Tip #2: Metallic inks reflect heat, so increase dry time and or temperature is necessary for Full cure.

Tip #3:  Super gloss finish, press final image with Stampinator or Heat Press with a silicone sheet.

Recommended Substrates
Cotton, cotton blends, polyesters, and some nylon (generally open weave or mesh types) as well as other synthetics.

Curing: Gel or flash-cure: Approximately 230 Degrees F/110 Degrees C.

Full cure: 320 Degrees F/160 Degrees C. 

Fusion tests should be made prior to any production run. Failure to cure properly causes poor wash fastness, inferior adhesion and increased dye migration.

Squeegee: Use 60 or 70 durometer

Wash-Up: ECO3000 Textile Ink degrader or ECO ink degrader

Mesh: 24-60 mesh count for brightest effect

Stencil: CBX7700 or CBX7500 recommended but will work with Any Conventional direct emulsion or capillary films.

Inks manufactured for Kolormatrix are certified by one of the largest plastisol ink manufacturers in the world to be Phthalate Compliant and does not knowingly add plasticizers containing the phthalates listed and outlined in California Bill 1108, CPSIA HR-4040 and Oeko-tex Standard 100. The plasticizers identified may include di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP), diisononyl phthalate (DINP), diisodecyl phthalate (DIDP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DnOP), (DIBP) Di-iso-butyl, and (DMP) Dimethylphthalate, including esters of ortho-phthalic acid and are not direct ingredients in the manufacture of Claira High Opacity Non-Phthalate Inks.
