Aluminum Ergo Handle Triple Durometer Squeegee
Aluminum Ergonomic Handle with Triple 70/90/70 or 60/90/60 Durometer Squeegee
Offered in a wide variety of Pre-cut Lengths.
Each Complete Squeegee with a Professional aluminum wiith Ergonomic grip handle for a comfortable grip, whether you prefer to Pull or Push stroke, in Your Choice of Durometer (firmness) of Squeegee Blade. If you ever printed all day with a thin wood handle, it can be a painful experience, putting excess pressure on your wrist thru elbows, squeezing to hold it steady.
The super heavy-duty aluminum handle is lightweight but resistant to chemicals, ink and hard to damage.
70/90/70 Triple durometer is a layer of 90 extra hard squeegee, sandwiched between two layers of 70 medium durometer squeegee. This combination, has moderate flex on the edge of the blade but a very firm interior resisting flex, pushing back. To help drive the ink thru the screen with a clean transfer and minimal distortion.
Ideal for printing white ink on an automatic or manual press.
60/90/60 Triple durometer
Similar to the printing characteristics of 70/90/70 but with a slightly heavier ink deposit. Ideal for automatic printing thru higher mesh counts 230 and up, over a underbase for smooth consistent coverage.
All of our Squeegee blades are made in America of the finest polyurethane elastomers available to assure you a precision edge that is durable to help maintain a long-lasting sharp edge.
The special molding process ensures a uniform material, without voids. This minimizes the chance of premature edge pitting. Every squeegee is shipped with our special factory edge.
These edges are the smoothest and sharpest squeegees available to give you maximum printing performance.
All squeegees are guaranteed to be the most solvent-resistant on the market.
#1 Keep Your squeegee clean and free of ink, when not printing.
Sounds crazy but this will extend the life of your squeegee rubber, keeping it flexible without swelling or hardening. Which leads to premature chipping or rounding of the squeegee edge.
#2 This is not a lifelong commitment
Routinely rotate the blade if you are using the aluminum handle and replace the blade or the complete squeegee. When the edge is no longer sharp and smooth. Average estimate, every couple of years for optimum performance.
Pitted or rough edges on your squeegee will make getting a clean smooth print, even more, difficult as those areas won't be receiving the same pressure as the other areas of the squeegee blade.
