Advantage Curable Reducer, add any amount to plastisol ink to reduce the viscosity for easier printing or to allow the ink to penetrate the fibers more completely for a softer feel. Please note that addition of any soft hand product could cause increased fibrillation or fading of the print during the laundry process.

Estimated Percentages varies by ink color, mesh, and substrate color.

Add 2 to 3% to reduce ink viscosity for easier printing
Add 50% for vintage look and soft feel to print
Add 75% for waterbased feel on white substrates

Recommended Substrates
Cotton, cotton blends, polyesters, and some nylon (generally open weave or mesh types) as well as other synthetics.

Curing: Gel or flash-cure: Approximately 230 Degrees F
