DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Advantage Premium Wicked White High Opaque / Low Bleed Non Phthalate Formula plastisol ink, is a medium viscosity, formulated for Automatic printing. A High Performanc Bright White ink formulated with a short body and low hot tack with minimal build up, thru normal range of screen printing mesh.

Advantage Wicked White is a Fast Flashing white with Excellent Opacity, Fiber mat down and Satin Finish. Use as an underbase, stand alone or pop white thru finer mesh counts without the need for viscosity modifiers.

PRINTER'S PARAMETERS 

Substrates
100% cotton, 50/50. cotton/ poly blends, some synthetics and some 100% Polyesters.
We recommend our ADV150 PolyWhite for Optimal Bleed Resistance on 100% Poly's, 

Bleed Resistance: Very Good 

Mesh
Use 110 thru 230 mesh count for manual printing.
Use 230 thru 305  mesh count for automatic printing.
Use 230 thru 305 threads/in. for overprinting and fine line printing.
Use 86-120 threads/in. or 34-49 threads/cm. for cold peel transfers.

Tension: 15-20 acceptable, 25-35 recommended 

Squeegee type: 60-80 durometer. Dual (70/90) or triple (70/90/70) 

Squeegee blade: Sharp

Squeegee angle: 10 to 20 degrees

Squeegee Pressure: Avoid excess pressure 

Squeegee speed: Medium to Fast

Gel temp 150 F 

Cure temp:320 F

Wash-Up: ECO3000 Textile Ink degrader or SCP17 Press Wipe.

Stencil: CBX7700 or CBX7500 is recommended but will work with Any Conventional direct emulsion or capillary films.
