Faster Than Ever! KolorMAX+ Introduces New Same-Day DTF Printing
More Printing Power. Faster Turnaround. The Same Professional Quality.
At Kolormatrix, we're always looking for ways to help our customers grow their businesses.
Sometimes that means introducing new products. Sometimes it means offering better equipment, more training, or expanding our printing capabilities.
And sometimes it means finding a way to give customers something they can never seem to get enough of.
More time.
We're excited to announce that KolorMAX+ Custom DTF Transfers now offers faster same-day production options for both our 22-inch and 34-inch gang sheet printing services.
And perhaps the biggest news?
Our Standard service now includes same-day production when you order by 9:00 AM Eastern Time!
No Rush upgrade required.
That's a significant improvement for apparel decorators, screen printers, clothing brands, and businesses that depend on fast, reliable DTF transfers.
What's Changed? We've Increased Our DTF Production Capacity by 175%
Our recent investment in the new 34-inch DTF Station Prestige X6 has transformed what we can produce.
Previously, our DTF production capacity was approximately 40 linear feet per hour.
With both our Prestige XL3 and new Prestige X6 operating, our combined capacity has increased to approximately 110 linear feet per hour.
That's an increase of 175% — or 2.75 times our previous printing capacity.
But here's what's important.
We didn't make this investment simply to print more transfers.
We made it to serve our customers better.
With additional production capacity, we can move orders through our printing department more efficiently, accommodate larger jobs, and provide faster turnaround options.
And we're passing those advantages along to our customers.
Introducing Our New KolorMAX+ Same-Day DTF Production Schedule
We've updated all three service levels to make it easier for you to choose the production speed that fits your schedule.
| Service | Order Cutoff | Production Turnaround |
|---|---|---|
| STANDARD | 9:00 AM ET | Approximately 8 hours, same day |
| RUSH | 11:00 AM ET | Approximately 6 hours, same day |
| HOT RUSH | 1:00 PM ET | Approximately 3 hours, same day |
All three services are available Monday through Friday for eligible, print-ready orders, subject to production capacity.
STANDARD SERVICE — Same-Day DTF Printing
Order by 9:00 AM ET. Approximately 8-hour production.
Our biggest improvement is to Standard service.
Previously, Standard orders were processed as soon as possible or scheduled for the next business day.
Now, when you place an eligible order by 9:00 AM, we're targeting completion within approximately eight hours on the same business day.
That means you can plan your production with greater confidence without paying an additional Rush service charge.
RUSH SERVICE — Priority Same-Day Production
Order by 11:00 AM ET. Approximately 6-hour production.
Missed the Standard cutoff?
Our updated Rush service gives you additional ordering time while still targeting same-day completion.
It's ideal for customers who receive an unexpected order, need additional transfers, or want to keep a production schedule moving.
HOT RUSH SERVICE — When Every Hour Counts
Order by 1:00 PM ET. Approximately 3-hour production.
Sometimes your customers need something immediately.
A last-minute event. A damaged garment. An unexpected order increase. Or a customer who needs shirts ready tomorrow.
Our Hot Rush service provides our fastest production option for eligible orders when capacity is available.
Because emergency orders require priority scheduling, Hot Rush availability may be limited during unusually busy production periods.
Production turnaround begins after payment and print-ready artwork are received. Artwork issues, order modifications, equipment interruptions, or unusually high production volume can affect completion times. Same-day production does not guarantee same-day carrier delivery.
Faster Service on Both 22-Inch and 34-Inch Gang Sheets
One important distinction: these new turnaround options aren't limited to our new 34-inch printer.
We're offering the updated service schedule on both of our custom DTF gang sheet formats.
22-Inch DTF Gang Sheets
Our established 22-inch gang sheet service remains a great choice for traditional apparel graphics, smaller layouts, and customers who already work with this format.
It's ideal for:
-
Standard front and back shirt graphics.
-
Left-chest logos and sleeve designs.
-
Custom apparel orders of different sizes.
-
Screen printers supplementing traditional production.
-
Customers who prefer the familiar 22-inch format.

NEW! 34-Inch Wide DTF Gang Sheets
Our new 34-inch printing service provides significantly more room for larger artwork and efficient gang sheet layouts.
At the same sheet length, a 34-inch-wide sheet offers approximately 54.5% more printing area than a 22-inch-wide sheet.
That extra width creates opportunities to arrange larger transfers, combine more designs when dimensions allow, and reduce the need for separate sheets.
Actual transfer yield depends on artwork dimensions, spacing, and layout.
CREATE YOUR OWN 34-INCH GANG SHEET
Whether you choose 22 inches or 34 inches, our goal is the same:
Professional DTF printing, dependable service, and production options that help keep your business moving.
Faster Doesn't Mean Compromising Print Quality
Speed is important. But speed without quality doesn't help your business.
That's why KolorMAX+ continues to focus on the printing characteristics that matter to professional apparel decorators.
Hi-Fidelity 9-Color ECG Printing
Our professional printing system uses nine ink channels: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Red, Green, Blue, Orange, and White.
This extended color gamut (ECG) system can reproduce a broader range of colors than conventional CMYK printing, depending on the artwork and color-management settings.
The result is greater flexibility for reproducing vibrant illustrations, detailed graphics, and complex color combinations.
Instant Peel
Our DTF transfers feature instant-peel film, allowing you to remove the carrier immediately after pressing when following our recommended application instructions.
That helps speed up your garment-decoration workflow.
Low-Temperature Application
KolorMAX+ transfers are designed for application at approximately 265–285°F.
Always follow the recommended application settings for your garment and transfer.
Super-Soft Feel
We understand that customers want decorated apparel that looks great and feels comfortable.
Our DTF production process is designed to provide attractive, professional results with a soft feel.
Faster production shouldn't mean settling for ordinary transfers.
Why Same-Day DTF Printing Matters to Your Business
If you operate an apparel decorating business, you already know that your customers don't always plan ahead.
Someone needs an additional 25 shirts.
A school organization realizes it needs more garments.
A local business places an unexpected order.
A customer changes quantities at the last minute.
Or you simply want to finish an order today instead of carrying it into tomorrow.
Having a dependable same-day DTF transfer supplier can make these situations easier to manage.
Keep Your Heat Presses Busy
Instead of waiting for transfers, you can spend more time decorating garments and completing orders.
Reduce Production Delays
Faster access to transfers helps you plan production and respond to changing customer requirements.
Handle Unexpected Orders
Rush and Hot Rush options provide additional flexibility when your customers have urgent deadlines.
Grow Without Buying Another Printer
Not every apparel decorator needs to own and maintain DTF printing equipment.
Outsourcing your transfer production to KolorMAX+ lets you focus on decorating garments, serving customers, and growing your business.
Local Atlanta Pickup and Nationwide Shipping
Kolormatrix operates from our Atlanta, Georgia location, serving customers throughout the Southeast and across the United States.
For local customers, we offer pickup options for eligible orders.
For customers outside Atlanta, we offer nationwide shipping.
An important reminder:
Production turnaround and shipping transit time are two different things.
A same-day production order may be completed that day, but carrier pickup schedules and transportation times determine when it arrives at your business.
For local pickup orders, please wait until you receive confirmation that your transfers are ready before traveling to our Atlanta location.
Our Investment. Your Opportunity.
At Kolormatrix, we've always believed that investing in better equipment and improving our processes should ultimately benefit our customers.
Adding the new 34-inch Prestige X6 to our DTF operation represents a major increase in production capacity.
But the real benefit isn't the number of feet of film we can print each hour.
It's what that added capacity allows us to do for you.
Faster turnaround. More production flexibility. Larger printing formats. And the same commitment to professional quality and experienced technical support.
Whether you're operating a small decorating business from home, running a growing apparel shop, or managing commercial production, we're here to help you succeed.
And now, we're doing it faster than ever.
