|Step # 1||SCP623 Degreaser - Spray Both side & Scrub until foaming||EC02770 Ink Degrader - Spray Both Sides & Scrub Briskly|
|Step # 2||Rinse Thoroughly with Water||Pressure Wash with Water|
|Step # 3||Dry Screen in Dust Free Environment||SCP625 Emulsion Remover - Spray Both Sides & Scrub Briskly|
|Step # 4||Coat with CBX Emulsion in Light Safe Environment||Pressure Wash with Water|
|Step # 5||Dry Emulsion Print side down -overnight or in a drying cabinet||SCP623 Degreaser - Spray Both side & Scrub until foaming|
|Step # 6||Apply Film Positive -centered in screen and mirror image||Rinse Thoroughly with Water|
|Step # 7||Expose screen for appropriate time - see emulsion page|| Needed - SCP708 - Haze Remover, Brush on Both Sides, let set 3 minutes|
|Step # 8||Rinse with water from the Print side of the Screen to clean stencil||Pressure Wash with Water|
|Step # 9||Dry in a Dust Free Environment||Dry Screen in Dust Free Environment|
|Step # 10||Tape Up edges of Screen to go On Press||Coat with CBX Emulsion in Light Safe Environment & move to Step 5 of New Frame Column |
