ADV-SIM Spot Process is a Ultra Premium non-phthalate plastisol that is ideal for use with automated, color separation screen printing software’s. ADV-SIM has Excellent Wet on Wet printability, on both Manual & Auto. While providing an accurate and consistent PANTONE simulated color. Excellent Opacity, Softhand, Low Gloss level, and minimal dot gain.
For Best results use with ADV125 HO/LB white & ADV710 Prem Black.

Tension: 25-35 recommended

Squeegee speed: Medium
Curable Reducer: Add up to 5% to lower viscosity
Stencil: CBX7500 or any emulsion or capillary film.
WashUp: ECO2770 or any ink degrader or on press wipe.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes. Avoid breathing vapor or mist. Do NOT swallow. Consult SDS Safety Data Sheet.
FIRST AID: In case of contact, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If symptoms are severe or persist, get medical attention.. If inhaled remove to fresh air, if breathing is difficult give oxygen and get medical attention.
SWALLOWING: If victim is alert, give 8 to 10 ounces of milk. If more than a few drops are swallowed, contact local poison control or physician.
