Shipping Policy

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (WITHIN CONTINETAL USA):

$9.95 GROUND SHIPPING (FOR SUPPLIES & SMALL EQUIPMENT ONLY):

Supply Order placed before 5pm EST, typically ship the same day. Custom Products, Colormatching, Photo Screen, Film Output, etc ship Next day. Small equipment times vary, instock is typically same day. Drop ship orders can take 7-10 days.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We offer UPS 2ND DAY AIR and UPS NEXT DAY AIR at real time UPS rates.

FREIGHT SHIPPING (FOR EQUIPMENT AND PACKAGES):

Most of the larger equipment ships via LTL freight truck line. Freight to Commercial address without a liftgate ships for $9.95, Commercial Address needing a Lift gate and Residential Address ships for $99.95. Freight orders typically ship out in 7-10 business days. You will receive freight tracking information and estimated delivery time once your order ships.

 SHIPPING OUTSIDE CONTIGUOUS USA:

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII AND PR

Shipping Fees vary for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. They are calculated on real time UPS or USPS rates and based off of item weight. All shipments going to these territories are consolidated to minimize shipments. Expediated Air Freight options are available.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION

Please check your email for your updated tracking numbers, you should receive an email tracking notification from UPS or Kolormatrix when your order ships. If you have a shipping or tracking question please send an inquiry to customer service.

DELIVERY INSURANCE POLICY

The shipping service provider is responsible for guarantees on delivery, once it leaves our building it is out of our control and sometimes subject to extended circumstance delays such as weather. If you have a problem with an order please send an inquiry to our Customer Service or call: 800-935-2121 during business hours.

ORDER INSPECTION POLICY:

CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER. This will help ensure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations. If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order by re-shipping the items via ground service. All claims made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Kolormatrix. As always, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Order Error

Kolormatrix shipping department has a + 99% shipment accuracy rating, but from time to time something may be missed or the wrong item may be in an order. We ALWAYS rectify these problems immediately and re-ship the correct product via UPS Ground or same method as original shipment.
