Start by placing base upside down on a level surface to attach legs with included hardware. Leg assembly is placed on the inside wall of the base, and bolts are inserted from the outside in. Next add a washer, lock washer, and nut and hand tighten. Attach the remaining 3 bolts and finish by tightening all with a wrench.
