CoroPlus Solvent Based Ink

kolorMATRIX Coatings has formulated a Fast drying multi purpose ink designed for indoor or outdoor use. Suitable for corrugated plastic sheet in additon to numerous others materials. The CoroS Plus (CSP) Series has very good opacity, excellent scuff, water and outdoor resistance.

Recommended Substrates
Corougated Plastic, Polystyrene, ABS, polycarbonate, top coated polyester, pressure sensitive vinyl, rigid vinyl, coated and uncoated paper, card stock, and some coated metals.

Specifications
Drying: By solvent evaporation . CSP Series dries within 30 minutes at normal room temperature or can be jet dried 20 to 45 seconds at 150 ?F. to 200 ?F. Allow more time between prints for multiple color jobs.

Thinning : May be used straight from the can but it is recommended to thin 5 - 15% by weight with TH910 Slow Thinner .

Wash-Up: TH910 Slow Thinner. TH 902 Wash-Up

Coverage: 2000 - 2500 sq/ft per gallon.

Die Cutting/Creasing: Can be successfully die-cut or creased but should be tested prior to production .

Metallics: CSP Series Metallic Mixing Clear is supplied to use in mixing metallic powders and pastes. The recommended mixing ratios are by weight: 10% silver, 18% gold 200 - 255 Mesh.
